Queenstown Residence

Set against the dramatic landscape of Queenstown, this contemporary single-storey residence is conceived as a family home deeply connected to its place. Currently in concept design, the four-bedroom dwelling is oriented to capture expansive views across Lake Wakatipu, with generous living spaces opening toward the surrounding alpine landscape.

The architecture is calm, grounded and contemporary, using locally sourced materials to create a home that feels both refined and embedded in its setting. Stone, timber, glass and earth-toned finishes are brought together to form a warm and enduring residence shaped by light, landscape and the character of the region.
