Vuda Residence

Located in Nadi, Fiji, this single-residence family home is shaped by the rhythms of its tropical setting. Currently under construction, the project responds directly to its context, with a floor plan carefully arranged to preserve views of both the ocean and surrounding mountains throughout the home.

The architecture is open, generous and deeply connected to the landscape, allowing light, breeze and outlook to move through the spaces. Natural materials, shaded outdoor areas and cross ventilation are key drivers of the design, creating a home that feels grounded, calm and responsive to the Fijian climate.

Conceived as a contemporary tropical residence, the project balances refinement with ease. A family home defined by its setting, shaped by the movement of air and light, and designed to sit quietly within the lush landscape that surrounds it.
